"But how can they call on him to save them unless they believe in him? And how can they believe in him if they have never heard about him? And how can they hear about him unless someone tells them?" Romans 10:14 (NLT)

I currently serve as Assistant Vice President of International Ministries here at World Gospel Mission. My passion and desire is to share with others how they can be a part of the bigger story that God is writing around the world. Everyone has a unique role to play in that story, and I love helping people discover that.

My story with WGM started when I was an undergraduate student pursuing a degree in cross-cultural ministry. I spent seven months in Santa Cruz, Bolivia, as mid-term worker, teaching English as a second language and learning from some amazing missionaries who served with WGM. It was a joy and challenge to serve during this short time, but it continued to affirm my involvement in what God is doing around the world.

Upon returning from Bolivia, I came on staff at WGM and served in mobilization for over fifteen years, first as a mid-term coordinator, then as mobilizer, and then as Director of Mobilization.

During my years at WGM I have walked alongside hundreds of individuals and couples, helping them discern how God was calling them to serve in cross-cultural ministry through short, mid, or long-term missions. I have also lead and continue to be a part of interviewing and training long-term missionaries with WGM.

In the summer of 2022 I transitioned to my current role as Assistant Vice President of International Ministries. In this role I work closely with the Vice President of International Ministries, regional directors, and the Director of Mobilization in discussing strategy, maximizing current ministries, and executing new ministry initiatives.

I live in Marion, IN, with my wife, Kristina, who is a first-grade teacher. We have four amazing kids. I love to go camping, play tennis, and enjoy a good cup of small-batch coffee!
