Kids’ Curriculum

These pages were created to help you get the kids in your life excited about and involved in missions. Whether you’re a family member, friend, Sunday School teacher, or Vacation Bible School director, we hope you find this curriculum to be a valuable resource in your ministry.

Go, Grow, Change!

The land produced vegetation: plants bearing seed according to their kinds and trees bearing fruit with seed in it according to their kinds. And God saw that it was good. (Genesis 1:12 NIV)

God created us to grow and change, just like all the plants and trees we see around us. We must keep learning to love, to be brave, and to share the good news of Jesus with others. So, we will be exploring the theme “Go, Grow, Change” together this year. Each month, we’ll be taking a look at a different part of growth and change and looking at stories from the mission field that relate to these stages.

God is an amazing gardener! Let’s see what He has in store for us in 2017.

Sunshine: Prayer Reaches around the World

Ever wonder if praying makes a difference? Guess what—it does! Your prayers for missions will make Jesus’ love grow in peoples’ hearts who live far away from you. Read 2 Thessalonians 3:1, where Paul asks Christians to pray for him on his missionary trips. He knew that he couldn’t tell people about Jesus without people praying for him. Then download and print a special coloring sheet to help you remember to pray for missionaries around the world. Your prayers matter, kids!
