Texas/Mexico Border Ministries: Facilities Manager


A facilities manager is needed to supervise facility rentals as well as oversee general building upkeep and yard work at WGM’s guesthouse, mission housing, and Taylor Community Center in McAllen, Texas.


Organizational and business skills will be a great asset for facilitating rentals. Applicants must have knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical repair.

Field orientation and mentoring will be provided.

Language Requirements

Spanish language knowledge will be helpful but is not required.

Length of Service
  • Mid-term: 1–12 months
  • Long-term: 2 or more years
