Argentina: Urban Church Planters
Opportunities
Two couples are needed to help WGM Argentina establish an indigenous church. This congregation will likely be started in a large city where a WGM church already exists. This will give the church planters the support of an existing church and pastor. Church planters will work with veteran missionaries and Argentine pastors to develop a plan to start a new church. There will also be opportunities to be involved in other ministries on the field. Housing will be worked out between WGM and the church, and a vehicle may be purchased if funds have been raised.
Qualifications
Applicants must have a BA in Bible and/or theology, and while a seminary degree is preferred, it is not required. It is preferred that applicants be ordained, but they may be ordained by a World Gospel Church in Argentina when they arrive. Applicants must also have an understanding of current missiological methods in church planting and the doctrine of entire sanctification and be able to communicate that knowledge to others.
Language Requirement
Church planters must be able to speak Spanish. Language school opportunities will be determined by the field.

Ministry Description
The ultimate goal of church ministries is to develop and establish churches worldwide. This is made possible by constantly striving to create an atmosphere where evangelism can take place. Leadership training, Christian education, and discipleship help strengthen the church as individuals prepare to go where God leads them and to share the love of Christ with others.
