Job Purpose and Summary:
- To complete EFT (electronic funds transfer) transactions, online donations, recurring gifts, and mail-in gifts with accuracy, timeliness, and integrity.
- To represent and promote the mission of World Gospel Mission by performing the duties with a Christlike attitude of service.

Main Responsibilities:
- Enter new constituent records in RE (Raiser’s Edge) daily so the information is accurate and current for tax receipts mailings.
- Maintain constituent information in RE daily, including the addition of new recurring gifts to accounts.
- Answer phone inquiries from missionaries, support staff, and constituents daily.
- Respond to emails from missionaries, support staff, and constituents daily.
- Provide research/special assistance daily for resolving problem areas identified by support staff, missionaries, or constituents.
- Processing daily mail.
- Process/maintain EFTs (Electronic Funds Transfer) and online recurring gift payments.
- Process one-time debit/credit card transactions.
- Process online web gifts daily.
- Process one-time online donations as needed.
- Assist with email inquiries sent to donations@wgm.org.
- Assist with maintaining recurring gift information.
- Assist with maintaining Life Investment information in RE.
- Enter stock donations in RE.
- Participate in the bank deposit rotation.
- Assist with processing gift corrections.
- Assist with merging duplicate constituent records as needed so information is accurate and current for tax purposes.
- Assist with generating and mailing duplicate receipts.
- Assist with processing changes submitted by missionaries to their Recurring Gift Report and provide a revised report so they have an accurate and up to date total of their monthly recurring support. These changes also assure the HMA Needs Report is accurate.
- Assist the Financial Support Coordinator as needed.
Special Requirements:
- Formal training and/or experience in operating computerized accounting systems is helpful. Prior mission field experience is also beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills required. Knowledge and understanding of accounting systems, including fund accounting.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be of good moral character.
- Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement, and interpret the program’s goals, objectives, and procedures.
- Appearance and dress should always be neat and appropriate.
- This person should reflect WGM's philosophical concepts for human service, which are influenced by a personal commitment to Christian service.
- Ability to understand and relate to pastors, churches, and missionaries.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
Qualifications: High school diploma (or equivalent) with experience in business or accounting environment.
