African Chai

A little taste of Africa from World Gospel Mission’s International Cookbook

Chai is a social drink in most of Africa. It is shared among friends, sitting and fellowshipping with one another. It’s the bridge to building relationships. So, while you can enjoy this warm drink on a rainy day, we recommend sharing it in a gathering in your sphere of influence. We could not find loose leaf tea at our local market, so in the WGM test kitchen we steeped some of our favorite tea bags. Enjoy!
