Teaching English to Chinese Pastors and Missionary Families
Opportunities
Numerous Chinese young people in underground seminaries are in desperate need to learn English as they prepare for ministry and cross-cultural mission work. Many who have already been sent out to the Muslim world need to either learn English and/or improve their English vocabulary and skills in order to help them in their mission endeavors. Many of the missionary kids need to learn English, as well, since they need to attend English speaking international schools.
These Chinese missionaries have gone out from the mainland and have a huge heart to serve, but most of the time they not only have to learn a new language with where they are ministering, but need English to communicate, as well.

Ministry Description
The ministry would be a virtual ministry to Chinese pastors and missionaries and/or Chinese missionary children. You would need to have the time and capability to teach English. The opportunities for students are endless, from preschool to adults—depending on what age you are comfortable teaching. Some are just learning English, and others are wanting to sharpen their English, so there are many opportunities. We would connect you, and then we can set up a time that best fits you and the person you would be teaching. There would likely be time zone challenges, but we can work around this.
